Idiots and Dishwashing

So, each month a different department in my work has the responsibility of taking care of the kitchen. This month has been our collections department (all alpha-males whose mothers or girlfriends have always done everything for them because they should kinda people). Multiple times company wide emails have gone out complaining about the state of the kitchen. It then gets cleaned. Today our IT guy goes into the kitchen and grabs a plate from the cabinet only to discover that our lovely gentlemen of the month have put all the dirty dishes away in drawers and cabinets. Straight from the filth of a full and dirty dishwasher, food and all and into the cabinets. How? HOW?
